Prior to each session, we partner with our clients to determine outcomes and objectives for the session. Holding these goals as our highest intention, we design the structure, processes and agenda that address the specific goals defined by our client. During the facilitation session, we provide the structure and guidance to enable effective group dialog, information exchange, decision-making, and alignment toward next steps.

During the Session: We will facilitate the session, keeping people on topic while providing time for open dialog and interaction. Activities may include:
Build engagement and enrollment; establish clear ground rules; keep the team focused on outcomes; monitor dynamics and communication; adjust as necessary to meet objectives; document the details of the session.
Following the Session: We will provide detailed documentation of the facilitated group session. Activities may include:
Incorporate and summarize feedback, comments, ideas, decisions and next steps into a consolidated document.
